Details and Pricing

Therese and Andy welcome you to the Bradley House, where we have a minimum stay requirement of seven nights, and a maximum of 28 days. Our rates vary by season, but in general, from May to October, the rate is $250.00 per night. Off-season, from November to April is 200.00 per night. We also ask for a security deposit of $500.00 at the time of booking, plus a $75.00 cleaning fee. Longer stays require cleaning every two weeks. Massachusetts taxes of 6% and Rockport impact taxes of 6.3% will also be added to your total. The security deposit will be returned to you within five days of check out, in full, provided our home is as you found it upon check in. We are not always nearby, but we are very responsive to phone calls and texts, and our concierge, Lori, is close by and can help with anything you need.

PAYMENT: We ask for payment in advance via Venmo or PayPal.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Guests can cancel two weeks in advance, and get a 50% refund. If we are able to rebook your dates, you will receive the rest of your payment. Refunds are not given for inclement weather or travel related issues.

CHECK IN: Check in time is from 3 pm to 11 pm, if you are arriving late please let us know and we will alert our neighbors of your late arrival and leave porch lights on for you. Check out is 11 am. If you are still in the house when Lori comes to clean, we will charge at $150 late check out fee. Lost key fee is $250.

We ask that all guests honor our house rules and read the house guide before arrival, which will be emailed to you.

Parking is in front of the house, street parking only.

Two people only, no pets or animals.

No parties or events. This home has a tenant in a separate basement apartment. Please be mindful of noise, be respectful of our tenant if you bump into them, and of our neighbors on our lovely residential block.

No smoking of any kind.

We are a 5 minute walk from the Boston T commuter rail, which recently resumed service to Gloucester, other points on the North Shore and Boston’s North Station. The train’s engines idle at various times during the day and night while it is in the station, and there is some traffic hum during the day on the east side of the house.
