Our circa 1890 home is a comfortable, bright and airy Cape style house, located in central Rockport, where you can walk to both Front and Back Beach, Bearskin Neck and the commuter rail to Boston. A modern, updated kitchen opens to a family room, while other rooms retain their vintage charm, such as a dining room and a living room/parlor for reading. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a separate office with a workstation set up, and one full bath. Downstairs is a half bath with laundry off the kitchen. The spacious yard is quiet peaceful setting for bird watching and enjoying the ocean air. We have named our house the Bradley House, to honor the early, long-term owners, whose son Phillips died during a bombing mission in World War II. Our home is an excellent place to explore the charming village of Rockport and many areas on Cape Ann, the other Cape that was named for a queen, on the North Shore of Massachusetts.
